• Promotional offers and financing options are subject to eligibility and may change without notice

4. Service Agreements

Work performed is governed by a separate written service agreement specific to your project. These Terms govern your use of our website; the project-specific contract governs scope, cost, timeline, and warranty.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, graphics, logos, design) is property of Calvin & Suttle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivatives without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms

Warranties on home improvement work are specified in your individual service agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Calvin & Suttle makes no additional warranties beyond what is stated in writing in your project contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calvin & Suttle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calvin & Suttle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

10. SMS and Automated Communications

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS), prerecorded voice messages, and autodialed calls regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

• Message Frequency: Up to 8 messages per month
• Message and Data Rates: Standard rates may apply; check with your wireless carrier
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive a one-time confirmation

• Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
